    the exclusive amenities, such as the private pool and spa, were of exceptional quality and exceeded our expectations. Service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to our every need. the room advantages were exceptional, with spacious, well-appointed rooms boasting breathtaking views of the city. the location was also advantageous, being centrally located and easily accessible to local attractions.

    The only minor issue we experienced at this venue was the noise level in our room. Despite being on a higher floor, we could still hear the traffic outside which disturbed our sleep.

    This hotel is truly luxurious! I was blown away by the exclusive amenities, including a fantastic outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, a Spa Lounge, and a perfect location overlooking a stunning forest view. the rooms were amazing, and I appreciated the private facilities that made me feel like royalty. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the restaurant and poolside snack bar were both spectacular.

    But that did not affect my overall opinion of the hotel.

    The modern and recently renovated property had some great features to offer. the hotel's forest view was simply stunning, especially from the higher floors. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, with the manager personally greeting us on our arrival. Lastly, the hotel's key location ensured we never had to travel too far to explore local attractions and restaurants.

    There were a few areas where the hotel fell short. The cleanliness of the pool left much to be desired, with several dead insects floating around.

    My Christmas stay was amazing! I loved the beautiful forest view. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city's main attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the high floor with an incredible view. the pool temperature was fantastic, and the gym was modern with plenty of equipment.

    Some areas of the hotel need improvement. the cleanliness of the pool was poor, and there were dead insects floating in it.

    The hotel had a modern feel and was located in a lovely forest. the staff was friendly and greeted me with a huge smile. the gym had enough equipment, and the shower in my room was good.

    The pool was dirty with dead insects in it which was quite gross.

    We were impressed with the modern and spacious room, as well as the great TV options and refreshing shower. The hotel facilities were also great, with a fantastic pool and gym available.
